I think the best thing to do in your case would be to stick with meats in their most basic forms (avoid sausages, pre-seasoned cuts, processed meats). We have a great selection of fresh, all-natural meats and seafood that fit in those guidelines and are affordable as well. Some suggestions would be: boneless, skinless chicken breasts, beef shoulder steaks, pork country style boneless ribs, or fish fillets like sole, trout, or tilapia. Please stop in and ask one of us to help you find the things that fit both your dietary needs and your budget.

Hey girl….did you ever find out about that “Rub with Love” sauce I asked about? It’s the Spicy Red Chili Teriyaki sauce….so good - on everything. With the temps getting warmer I’ll be using more “Spicy Coleslaw” on top of burgers, fajitas, and of course - alone. Please let me know if you can get - many thanks!!
